Privacy and Data-Practices Disclosure

This page describes the data practices evidenced by the public site, account flow, signed-in workspace, and public service-request forms.

A factual summary

The disclosure below is limited to practices visible in this app.

Public inquiries

Messages sent through the inquiry form.

The public inquiry form collects your name, email address, and message. When the form submission succeeds, the message is saved in the app's contact store.

The app then attempts to surface the message to the founder through the Polsia dashboard. If that dashboard recording does not occur or fails, the app attempts a fallback notification to the configured company inbox. These are notification attempts; this disclosure does not promise delivery or a guaranteed reply path.

Account and workspace

Information connected to a signed-in account.

Account creation collects your name, email address, and password. The account flow sends email-verification messages. Session records may include an IP address and user agent.

The signed-in onboarding flow collects your company, website, industry, role, team size, preferences, current process, demand context, constraints, and desired outcomes.

The app scopes a signed-in user's onboarding reads and writes to that user's account. The admin onboarding endpoints check for an administrator role before exposing onboarding records to an administrator.

Campaign identifiers

Limited attribution for inquiry context.

When available in the URL, the site may retain the Meta click identifier fbclid and selected campaign parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term, plus supported campaign, ad-set, and ad identifiers when present.

These values are kept in first-party session storage for the inquiry journey and, when valid and recent, saved with the submitted inquiry so an authorized owner can understand its associated campaign source. They are not required to submit the form, and malformed, expired, unavailable, or missing values are discarded.

The attribution fields are limited to campaign identifiers. They do not add names, email addresses, or other personal details, and the public site does not claim that a campaign identifier proves a conversion or outcome.

Public service requests

Vehicle and home-service request details.

The public service-request forms collect vehicle or home-service details, answers about the requested work, a contact name and email address, and an optional phone number. They also allow a preferred date, which is a preference and not a confirmed booking.

When a request is submitted, the app stores the answers and a snapshot of the form together with a reference and status history. It also creates a configured owner notification attempt. The owner can review authorized service requests and their status history in the admin workspace.

Visitor beacon

A conditional page-load signal.

When the deploy supplies an analytics slug, each page load creates or reuses a polsia_vid value in browser local storage and sends the slug plus that visitor value to the configured Polsia beacon endpoint.

When no analytics slug is supplied, this app component sends no beacon.
